Parakar is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Parakar is evolving rapidly and we’re ready for the next step in our journey. To support and accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team.
The COO will be a driving force behind our expansion, turning vision into execution and anchoring the structure behind the scenes. This role will oversee service delivery across 10+ countries, lead international teams, and help shape the next layer of leadership within our organization.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on operational leader who understands the complexity of scaling international services. Experience in HR, payroll, or Employer of Record (EOR) services is a strong advantage.
