Unlike many other EOR providers, our permanent license provides an added layer of security and ensures that all parties work compliantly under German labour law, while also protecting them from any infringements of German tax law. In addition, we are able to offer permanent employment contracts, giving employees the stability they need to enjoy certain benefits, such as qualifying for a mortgage or other long-term financial commitments.

Employment fact
Employer of Record Services fall under the legislation of the German law on employee deployment, the so-called Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG). According to this law the maximum duration of these employment scenarios is limited to 18 consecutive months.
