Carefree expansion with our umbrella services
With umbrella services Parakar aims to be more than your global expansion partner. We know there’s more to expanding globally than the core services we provide. That’s why Parakar provides the full experience package. We will help you find add-on solutions to many different problems you or your employees will face moving abroad. Some of the add-on services, we provide directly ourselves. Where needed, we will liaise with specialist partners.
International relocation support.
Parakar already includes international relocation support in our work permit related services packages. All these services are aimed at getting the employee start working and be paid at the shortest possible time. We take care of the most important legal and financial aspects of the relocation of expats, such as municipal and immigration registrations, acquisition of tax, social security numbers and opening bank accounts.
In addition, and in cooperation with selected local partners, we provide access to services of the more ‘human logistic nature’. Think about physical relocation, home inventory shipping, house finding, settle down services, introduction to local facilities and international schools. Parakar offers you this in an umbrella solution, so you won’t have to start this process via separate service providers in your home country.
Health insurance.
Parakar grants access for its clients and opt-in employees to its corporate health insurance plans, often discounted.
Mobility services.
We offer mobility services if your in-country employees have jobs that require them to frequently travel by land. We can advise on the best possible setup. We can also facilitate short- or long-term lease and rental cars. Or, we can simply provide them with corporate public transport cards.
Finance facilities.
In combination with our expenses processing facilities, we can provide access to corporate credit card setups for your (client) employees.
Tax- and legal advice.
Parakar provides consultation on the best implementation of remuneration plans. We support in an expat tax return and refund processes. We’re aiming to get the most out of potential DTAA’s (Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements) between countries. Need legal advice in case of complications between employer and employee? We’re here for you.
Communications.
Employees can opt-in with Parakar’s mobile phone plans, benefit from better rates, bigger data- or international calling bundles, etc. In that way, it’s not required to have or use the employee’s private plan for work.
