As our Product Development Specialist, you will take full ownership of the entire product development process, from initial idea to final sale, ensuring smooth delivery and payment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Commercial Team, Finance, Tech, and Legal, to identify gaps, enhance existing offerings, and develop new services that align with our strategic goals. By optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our service portfolio and market position.

What you will do
- Product Innovation & Enhancement: Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that new and existing products align with market needs and company strategy.
- Strategic Market Analysis: Identify industry trends, market gaps, and customer needs in collaboration with the Sales and Business Development teams to drive innovation and enhance service offerings.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance: Establish, refine, and optimize processes, procedures, and administrative systems to support seamless product development while ensuring regulatory compliance with the Legal & Compliance team.
- Cross-functional Project Management: Lead and execute projects related to our services, coordinating with Finance, Tech, and other teams to drive successful implementation and execution.
- Seamless Handover & Pricing Strategy: Ensure a smooth transition of product developments to the operations team with clear documentation while managing and optimizing the product pricing strategy in alignment with market trends and business goals.

This is your job if
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Development Specialist or in a similar role;
- You have a solid understanding of the EOR industry at a basic level, combined with the project management skills to execute this role;
- You can apply your knowledge in a unique and upcoming industry;
- You have an unclouded vision of how to align market trends with organizational goals;
- You are a pro-active learner, problem solver and can work independently.
Our offer
- A gross salary between €3250 and €5250, depending on your experience.
- An annual development budget of EUR 1000;
