The job
Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a passion for translating business processes into effective technical solutions? Do you thrive in a central, collaborative role within an international environment? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
As our Salesforce Administrator, you will connect Operations with Tech and be responsible for managing and executing our tech stack. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our systems are free of errors and remain future proof, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic projects. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a unique opportunity to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners like Novyx and Kodify.
Our platform is designed to activate the full potential of our operations. We are actively developing new functionalities to automate business processes and integrate with our partners and clients for data-efficiency. By doing that we can ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, and our colleagues can focus on what matters most to us: quality and hospitality.
What you will do
- IT support: Handle IT helpdesk incidents and collaborate with partners to resolve system issues, while proactively fixing what you can.
- Project Management: Manage and execute projects related to expanding and improving our tech stack as we broaden our service portfolio.
- Tech-Process Translation: Understand processes thoroughly to translate them into technical solutions, and vice versa.
- System Improvement: Continuously optimize and improve the current tech stack while supporting ongoing maintenance and management (20-40% of your time).
- Roadmap Execution: Take ownership of executing the roadmap created in partnership with external partners to guide our tech stack development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all teams in the organization, serving as a key link between tech and operations to ensure seamless integration and communication.
